a chorus of colors

Artist Bruce Munro has transformed the cloisters at Salisbury Cathedral in England into a multicolor spectacle. Under the stone archways in the corridors, Munro has set up tower-shape structures lit from within by LED lights that change color according to the choir music from hidden speakers.

Up close, the towers look like stacks of plastic bottles filled with water, but from afar the glowing jewel tones exude a radiance reminiscent of stained-glass windows.
